Step 1 & 2 of 4

Tell Us About Your Truck & Send Your Documents

Fill out everything below and upload your documents right here. One form, one submit — and a dispatcher will call you within 2 hours to get your first load booked.

📎
Upload Your Documents

Upload your documents below. PDF or image files work best. Don't have them all yet? No problem — upload what you have and we will follow up for the rest.

W9
W-9 Form
Your IRS tax form — needed so the broker can pay you
COI
Certificate of Insurance
Proof of $1M liability and $100K cargo coverage
MC DOT
MC / DOT Authority Letter
Proves your truck is legally allowed to haul freight
ACH
Voided Check or ACH Form
So the broker can deposit money straight into your bank
NOA
Notice of Assignment — NOA (optional)
Only needed if you use a factoring company

💡 Don't have all documents yet? That's totally fine. Upload what you have right now and we will call you to collect the rest. Don't let missing paperwork stop you from getting started.

🔒 Your information and documents are 100% confidential. A real dispatcher will call you within 2 hours to confirm everything and get your first load booked.

Step 2 of 4

The Carrier Packet — Your Documents

Think of this like starting a new job. Your new employer needs to see your ID, social security card, and bank info before your first paycheck, right? Same idea here.

Brokers need these documents before they will release a load to any driver. We handle all of this for you — you just send us the documents once and we take care of the rest.

W9
Identity & Tax

W-9 Form — Your Tax Information

This is a simple IRS form that tells the broker your legal business name, address, and tax ID number (EIN or Social Security number). Without this, the broker cannot legally pay you at the end of the year. Think of it like giving your employer your SSN when you start a new job.

💡 You can download a blank W-9 for free at IRS.gov. It only takes about 5 minutes to fill out.
MC/DOT
Legal Authority

MC Number, DOT Number & Authority Letter

Your MC number and DOT number are like your trucking license. They prove you have the legal right to haul freight across state lines. The broker checks these on the FMCSA website to make sure your authority is "Active." If it says "Suspended" — no load for you. Simple as that.

💡 You can find your authority status at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov — just type in your DOT number.
COI
Insurance

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

This is a paper from your insurance company that proves you are covered. Brokers require at least $1,000,000 in Auto Liability and $100,000 in Cargo Insurance. Think of it like showing proof of car insurance — except for your truck and the freight inside it. The broker also needs to be listed on this paper as a "Certificate Holder."

💡 Just call your insurance agent and ask them to email you a COI. It is free and takes less than a day.
ACH
Getting Paid

ACH Form or Voided Check — Your Bank Info

This is how the broker sends your money directly to your bank account. You either fill out an ACH authorization form or just send a voided check. It is the same as setting up direct deposit for a paycheck. Without this, the broker cannot pay you electronically.

💡 A voided check is just a regular check with the word "VOID" written on it. Write VOID in big letters and that's it.
NOA
If You Use Factoring

Notice of Assignment (NOA) — Only If You Factor

If you use a factoring company to get paid quickly (same day or next day instead of waiting 30 days), you need to send a "Notice of Assignment." This tells the broker to send your payment to the factoring company instead of directly to you. If you don't use factoring, you don't need this at all.

💡 Your factoring company will give you this document automatically when you sign up with them.
AGR
The Contract

Signed Carrier Agreement

This is the legal contract between you and the broker. It says when you will get paid (usually 30 days), who is responsible if something goes wrong, and what extra charges apply. You have to sign this before the broker releases your first load with them. Every broker has their own version.

💡 We read and review all carrier agreements for you before you sign anything — no surprises.
⚠️

One More Thing — Protecting You From Fraud

There is a lot of fraud in trucking right now. Bad people steal loads by pretending to be a real driver. We verify every driver to protect you and your business. Here is what we also collect for your own safety record:

  • Your full legal name and CDL number (and which state issued it)
  • We confirm your truck and trailer license plates match what is on your insurance
  • We check for double-brokering red flags before any load is confirmed
Quick Reference

Your Complete Document Checklist
